Many people feel hopeless about their scars and assume the changes are permanent. ScarWork shows otherwise—proving that scar tissue can soften, release, and re-integrate into the body. For some, the results are not only surprising but life-changing.

Scar tissue is hardened, and inflexible to the touch, but it is living tissue that is able to change. On the surface it seems permanent, stuck and limited in range of motion. Using just her hands, Torrey can touch the scar tissue in a way that helps it transform back into flexible, healthy tissue. The tissue is untangled, reintegrated, and regular blood and lymph flow can return. Where the body seemed stuck in its state of dysfunction, it can continue to improve and find ease.
